1. The customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.
2. Please include the original invoice in the packages for returns.
3. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay the price difference.
4. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but Clients need to afford the shipping cost of the extensions. For refund cases the shipping fee will be deducted form your refund, and another 15% for restocking fee. But if it is our responsibility(only applied for damaged or wrong item), you get full refund. 5. In order to ensure the safe transport of the hair extension, be sure to contact us before sending it back, Please! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
